i cannot stand it to see the fans leaving like 10-15 minutes early coz team is either losing or playing shit.
i remember once overseas went to a game, was freezing my fkn balls off and we were losing 1-0 and my dads like common lets go and we on our way bak and all of a sudden we hear from the stadium “YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH”.
from that moment on, i prosmised myself that i will never ever leave a game early, winning or losing.
we used to do it all the time at Olympic Park! carn victory! carn new stadium!
they used to do it at Olympic park all the time. but since were all so far away now its sorta died off. cant wait for swan street stadium!!!!
Happened at our last Olympic Park match back in December 2006. All 4 Stands were signing to eachother for 7 minutes. Theres is a video on Youtube of this.

yeah some games we do get 500 look at gold coast away i couldn’t believe the amount of victory supporters there. they were the only ones making noise.
pretty cool how all 4 sides of the stadium got involved in the chanting i don’t think thats happened before but it was an awesome atmosphere

1. The players have no control over the things you are complaining about.
2. “Ripping a flare” is an offence at Victorian sporting events and as such is illegal. Should the players also fight for your right to spark up a bong?
3. Standing on chairs damages them and is also dangerous for as you (obviously being mentally challenged) might hurt yourself and sue the stadium.
4. They play out of Etihad because the capacity of Olympic park is not big enough for the amount of people going to games.
they should re-open the northen + southern terrace, those where the days when we where the loudest.

Its not often a bloke can go to an away match, get thumped 4-0 and still have a great time. Thank you Melbourne..some great moments from last nights match, the undisputed leaders in chanting. Something our small but loyal Gold Coast fanbase aspire to.
haha AvocadoCake last night i was at the west end , i have to say we were the most quietest side but yeh archie got his wish and it was pretty good with all of the whole stadium chanting together as one! MVFC till i die.
lol archie got his wish, us at the east i think did our jobs when we sang to teh south, they to teh east and them to north, then back to us 😀 btw they had like 7 away fans XD
4-0 tonight, I reckon one of the best matches ever, Melbourne really stood up and was complemented by the crowd aspects mentioned in this vid

But its all about the negotations, there is a high chance that they will make ALL supporters sit down next year. Both terraces will be a joke.

If you respect us so much. Why do you, strap us of our equitment, drums, flags ect if we rip a flare, why do you cram us into a bay that is tiny, why do you grab people by the necks if they are standing on chairs, why do you makes us play at etihad. We will always be there, but i hope you have noticed the rapid decrese in supporters, maybe look at how strict you are on us, we are just there to have fun and support our club, but all this political shit is bs, just let us support farken’
