Giggs has warned Jose Mourinho regarding the youth policy at Manchester United

Ryan Giggs, the Manchester United assistant manager, has issued a warning to Jose Mourinho about the importance of the youth academy in Manchester United. Indeed, Mourinho has always been perceived as a manager that is more interested in signing accomplished players rather than developing them.

Ryan Giggs believe that it is part of the Manchester United culture to ensure that there are not only world-class players from abroad on the pitch but also good academy players.
